Friday, the 18th:
Did the elliptical for 45 minutes and lifted shoulders and back.

Saturday the 19th:
Met trainer in the AM to lift arms.

Sunday the 20th:
Ran 5 miles on the Montour Trail. It's an old rails to trails route.

Monday the 21st:
Spent an awfully long time at the car dealership, thus ruining my gym plans.

Tuesday the 22nd:
Went to the gym in the AM. Lifted shoulders and back.
PM workout once again hampered by a trip to the car dealership.

Hit the gym this morning to lift. I did arms. It wasn't too bad, but my trainer has me doing 4 sets now, so I'm a bit tired. I was also on the elliptical for 45 minutes. I'm hoping to get a double workout in later and run for a bit.

On Monday, I ran and did the elliptical at the gym. I seem to be having motivational issues lately.

Today I ran around my neighborhood for 32 minutes and then did my core secrets- ab assault video.

I'm meeting my trainer in the morning for a weight workout. I can't remember if we're doing arms or legs. I hope arms, that's usually an easier workout.

I ran for a half hour today. We're experiencing a pretty nasty heat wave here, so I ran on the treadmill. It was pretty stinkin' hot at the gym as well. I need to hit the gym in the AM and lift, then I'm suppossed to take a week off from weight workouts. I hope I can get motivated to run outside tomorrow. I really need to get some hill work in. UGH!
