Hit the gym this morning to lift. I did arms. It wasn't too bad, but my trainer has me doing 4 sets now, so I'm a bit tired. I was also on the elliptical for 45 minutes. I'm hoping to get a double workout in later and run for a bit.

I hit the gym for the first time today. Not bad hitting the gym 54 lbs into my weight loss. LOL
